When John Readshaw established the company 45 years ago, its primary focus was manufacturing pallet boards for various enterprises. However, a pivotal moment arose when John envisioned diversifying the company's offerings, leading to the introduction of Internal Bath Boards for bathroom suppliers. This strategic shift significantly expanded the company's scope and operations.

In 2002, the reins of the business were passed on to John's son, Carl Readshaw, who played a pivotal role in propelling the company to its current standing. With Carl's innovative mindset and unwavering determination, he initiated exploration into serving additional industries, notably the furniture and design sectors. This expansion ultimately led to the provision of Bathroom & Kitchen interiors, marking a notable milestone in the company's trajectory.

Subsequently, the company underwent substantial transformation, marked by extensive changes, developmental strides, and expansive growth. While continuing to specialize in Bathroom & Kitchen Interiors, the company has diversified its portfolio to encompass a broad spectrum of sectors. Presently, our offerings extend to Office-Fit Out Furniture, Hotel Interiors inclusive of Reception Counters & Bars, solutions for Schools & Libraries, Retail & Leisure Fit Outs, as well as Fitted/Bespoke pieces tailored for both Commercial & Domestic Joiners.
