Armed with our cutting-edge 5-axis Morbidelli Author M4 CNC machine with a 16 station automatic tool changer we excel in precision CNC Machining across a diverse range of projects.
The drilling head consists of 27-stations, includes a large Bed working area of 3,650mm x 2120mm x 150mm with automatic unload, perfect for loading and unloading boards while the CNC proceeds to the next program.
We use a various range of materials, from traditional choices like MDF and Chipboard to specialized options such as Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC), Laminated MDF, and Trespa/Solid Grade Laminate. Additionally, we're adept at working with innovative materials like Corian, Durasein, LG Hi-Macs, and Solid Timber.
