Here’s how a typical kitchen unit moves through our workshop.

1. Cutting Panels to Size

The process begins with our beam saw, where large sheets of materials such as MFC, MDF and plywood are cut accurately to the required dimensions.

Precision at this stage is essential, as every panel needs to fit correctly during assembly. Efficient cutting also helps us make better use of materials and reduce unnecessary waste.

2. Applying the Edging

Once the panels have been cut, exposed edges can be finished using our edgebanding equipment.

Edging gives panels a clean, professional appearance while also helping protect them from everyday wear.

Accurate application and trimming ensure a consistent finish across every component.

3. CNC Machining

Panels can then move through our CNC machinery for more detailed processing.

This allows us to accurately machine cut-outs, grooves and other features required by the design.

Using CNC technology gives us the flexibility to manufacture both standard components and more bespoke pieces while maintaining consistent accuracy.

4. Drilling for Hardware

The next stage involves drilling the panels for hinges, connectors, shelving and other hardware.

Our CNC drilling equipment allows these fixing points to be positioned accurately and repeated consistently across larger production runs.

This helps make assembly quicker and ensures doors, drawers and fittings line up correctly.

5. Assembly and Quality Checks

Once all the individual components have been manufactured, they reach our assembly team.

This is where the panels, fittings, doors, drawers and hardware come together to create the finished unit.

Our team checks alignment, construction and finish throughout the assembly process, making any final adjustments before the furniture is ready for delivery or installation.
