HPP-300 Holzma Beam Saw

Our HPP 300 is perfect for sizing a wide range of materials including everything from chipboard, MDF and plywood right through to solid core items in Corian and Trespa. We also offer post-form cutting.
Edgeteq- S-390 Edgebander
At the heart of Readshaw’s operations, our Edgeteq-S-390 single-sided Edgebander plays a pivotal part by meticulously honing straight workpiece edges with unmatched precision whenever required. It also provides solutions for gluing or post-processing different edging materials in longitudinal and cross through-feed configurations.
This indispensable machine provides true versatility, effortlessly handling a useful range of edging materials, from Melamine and PVC/ABS to genuine wood coil and solid wood. Equipped with advanced features such as high-speed spindles, automatic tool changers and intelligent drilling patterns, the Drill-teq V200 offers exceptional productivity and flexibility in a wide range of applications.
This second machine allows us to double our workload capacity or complete quick turnaround jobs at double the speed.
SCM Morbidelli Author M400 Cell CNC Machine
Our cutting-edge 5-axis Morbidelli Author M4, complete with a 16-station automatic tool changer, helps us excel in precision CNC Machining across an impresively wide range of projects.
The drilling head consists of 27 stations and includes a large bed working area of 3,650mm x 2120mm x 150mm with automatic unload: perfect for loading and unloading boards while the CNC proceeds to the next program.
We use a range of materials, from traditional choices like MDF and chipboard to specialist options such as Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC), laminated MDF and Trespa/Solid Grade laminate. We’re also great at working with innovative materials like Corian, Durasein, LG Hi-Macs and solid timber.

Our latest addition, the state-of-the-art Trotec Q400 Laser Machine, empowers us to offer top-tier laser cutting and engraving services to businesses throughout the UK.
Boasting a generous working area of 1030 x 630mm and a maximum height capacity of 200mm, this cutting-edge equipment enables us to execute intricate designs on sizable surfaces with total precision.
The Q400 is engineered to cut and engrave a diverse range of materials, including plastic, plywood, acrylic, metal, paper, leather, solid wood, wood veneer, MDF, and cork, showcasing its exceptional versatility and adaptability to various project requirements.

This hand-held edgebander is great for working on CNC-shaped panels, extending our capability when it comes to awkward shapes.
Equipped with innovative features such as adjustable temperature control, variable feed speed and precise glue application, the KA 65 Conturo ensures seamless edgebanding for a flawless finish.
